You could switch the races around (like saying black women don't go with everything in bed but latinas will take it like a soldier) and the jokes still work. There aren't really any punchlines and the only irony (the basis of humor) is that he is loud and talks about sex (which would be unexpected in society, but which loses all irony in stand up as it's not at all uncommon.
